A long program, and a long induction queue
The Malabar wastewater program is a multi year investment in Sydney wastewater capacity, delivered through an alliance arrangement, and it is expanding to further facilities in Sydney south west. Work of that length means a constant flow of subcontract packages, and a constant flow of subcontractors discovering that their workers are not inducted.
We already have crews working there. That means the induction, the site rules and the access arrangements are already dealt with, and we can usually put people on your package in days rather than weeks.
Crew types we supply on wastewater work
Confined space entry crews for wet wells, chambers and tanks, with standby personnel and gas testing. Electrical spotters where work runs near live services. Plant and excavation spotters. Machine operators. General skilled labour for the support work that keeps a package moving.
All tickets and site requirements are verified before mobilisation. If a worker is not right for the site, we do not send them and waste your induction slot.
How the commercial arrangement works
Hourly hire is the norm: you pay for hours worked and we carry payroll, superannuation, workers compensation and insurances. For longer packages we hold the same crew on your work so your supervisors are not retraining someone new every fortnight.
