Why induction decides who you can actually hire
Subcontractors on major water infrastructure projects run into the same wall constantly. The package is won, the program is tight, and the workers who are available have not been inducted for that site. Induction takes days, runs to set intake windows, and has to happen before anyone is productive.
We are already on these sites. Our crews have been through the induction, know the access arrangements and the site rules, and can often start on your package almost immediately. That is why other subcontractors on the same projects hire our people rather than sourcing their own.
The work we currently support
Our crews work on major Sydney Water treatment and wastewater infrastructure delivered by tier one contractors, including work associated with the Prospect pre-treatment plant and the Malabar wastewater program. On those sites we supply confined space entry crews, electrical and plant spotters, machine operators, and general skilled labour.
